“Andrea’s place was more than expected. The house provides everything that you need for the stay and more. Very comfy and a very nice, quiet place. All the amenities were just on the money. The heated pool was just perfect for the time we went and area pool was wonderful. The amenities from the washer and dryer to all the inside games were just perfect for our stay. Mainly, Andrea was quick in responding to our questions or concerns. I would, with no doubt, stay there again. Overall, loved the place!”

“This house is exactly as advertised. Three large bedrooms (though we only used one), two bathrooms, TVs in every room. Pool is heated and surprisingly deep. Grill worked perfectly. Well stocked kitchen with coffee pods provided. Quiet neighborhood with very little traffic; barely would have know that other people lived in nearby houses. Though the heat might understandably be a deterrent, both Target and Fry's (a large grocery store) are walkable if you're so inclined, as is a great coffee place that appeared to be popular with locals. For driving there is easy access to Loop 101 and US 60 for getting downtown or to Scottsdale.”

“Spotless~Relaxing~Convenient The home was exactly as described and absolutely spotless. All amenities were as described in the listing and in the photos. We are a family of 5 and the home would easily sleep 8 as stated in the listing. The outdoor area and pool was so relaxing and heated pool was unbelievably perfect-VERY CLEAN! We LOVED the location. Quiet neighborhood, but close to fun restaurants and shopping. Checkin and checkout was extremely easy hosts were very quick to respond with any procedures or questions. We found suggestions for local restaurants and grocery stores very helpful as we were unfamiliar with the area. We would definitely stay again!!!”

“Andrea’s home was perfect for our family’s recent trip to Tempe. It was a great location for our family obligations. The house is near to grocery stores and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. My sister enjoyed the nearby walking trail, and we all enjoyed the spacious patio for relaxing and visiting. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the freeway. Andrea answered all my questions promptly and was proactive in her”
